TERMINAL
Terminal · by Stanton Analytica

The whole desk, in one window.

Charts at fifteen timeframes, an options desk, a risk engine, a trade journal, backtests with a verdict, and a command line that opens any of it by mnemonic. It runs in your browser, works offline, and your book stays on your device.

No card to start. Your book lives on your device; sign in and it follows you, end-to-end encrypted when you set a passphrase.

What it does

Eight desks that used to be eight subscriptions.

Every panel below is a real tab in Terminal, and the numbers on it come from your own trades, not a demo account. Buy the whole desk, not a bundle of logins.

Bars at fifteen timeframes

Intraday to monthly with a live last price overlaid on the bar. Anchored VWAP, multiples history, a market map treemap, and a keyboard that pans and zooms.

Import, tag, review

Paste a broker statement and the book fills itself: stocks, options, futures, forex. Setups, tags, screenshots that never leave the device, and a Form 8949 export at year end.

How it works

From sign-up to a working desk in four steps.

There is nothing to install. Terminal is a single page that caches itself, so the second time you open it there is no network to wait for.

Create account

Sign in once

An email and a passphrase. The passphrase encrypts your book on the device before anything is synced, and we never hold it.

Load trades

Paste your statement

A broker CSV or a pasted fill list. Options resolve to the exact contract, spreads to one combo trade, futures to the right multiplier.

Type a command

Open the desk

A bare ticker opens a chart. A mnemonic opens the panel that owns the data. Every window is yours to move, pin or duplicate.

Sync

Pick up on any device

A new device restores from the cloud at boot. Two devices editing at once are refused, never silently merged, so nothing is lost.

Your book

Local first. Encrypted second. Never ours.

Most trading tools are a database you rent. This one is a file on your machine that can, if you ask, keep an encrypted copy in the cloud.

The server stores one envelope it cannot open.

Set a passphrase and every trade is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before it leaves. Screenshots never leave at all. Without a passphrase the mirror is plain, and the app tells you so.

Offline

The page caches itself. On a plane, in a dead spot, or with the market data switch turned off, the journal, the risk engine and the analytics all keep working on the book you already have.

Your keys, your quota

Bring your own market-data keys and requests go direct from your browser to the provider. Use ours and a per-host budget keeps you inside the free tier instead of getting you banned from it.

Questions

Before you sign up.

Does it work with my broker?

If your broker exports a CSV or lets you copy a fill list, yes. Stocks, options by OCC contract, futures with the right multiplier, and forex all import. Multi-leg spreads become one trade at the net price.

Is it really offline?

Yes. Terminal is a single page that caches itself on first load. Everything that runs on your book, from the journal to the risk engine, works with no connection. Only live market data needs the network.

Where is my data?

In your browser's storage on your device. On the Lite or Terminal plan with a passphrase set, an encrypted copy also lives in the cloud so a second device can restore it. We cannot read that copy.

What happens if I edit on two devices at once?

Terminal refuses the second push and tells you the cloud moved. It never silently overwrites a book. You restore, re-apply, or force it, and it is always your call.

Do I need market-data keys?

Not on Terminal plan: live quotes, intraday bars and options chains come through our keys. On Paper and Lite you paste your own free-tier keys, and requests go straight from your browser to the provider.

Can I leave?

Any time. Export the whole book as JSON or CSV from Settings. Since it never lived on our servers in a form we could read, there is nothing of yours left behind.
